Some More S’mores

As fun as roasting marshmallows over an open fire is, I prefer to make s’mores pan style. There are super fast and so delicious!

Pan Style S’mores

  • 10-12 graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1 bag of mini marshmallows
  • 3-4 TBS of butter
  • 3 chocolate bars

 

Start out by melting the butter in a large pot. Once the butter has melted, add in marshmallows and continue to stir until the marshmallows have melted and the mixtures starts to bubble.

Throw in the crushed graham crackers in stir until the sticky marshmallows have covered all of the crumbs. Press firmly into a 9×13 grease pan. Break up the chocolate bars and sprinkle onto the graham crackers. Place in oven for slightly melt the chocolate. WATCH CLOSELY. You don’t want to burn your chocolate. It has a terrible smell and awful taste. Let the sticky graham cracker set for an hour or so and set, and enjoy!
